I see only 1 issue and that is if you are a free user then the earning limit is very low. You can change that if you can get referrals to join under you but this becomes difficult as there are a lot of scam sites that promise to pay users 100 dollars per click which is unthinkable as you can't pay this amount to somebody for reading an email. New users don't understand this fact and waste a lot of time on these sites and by the time they realise that they wasted their time on these sites, they start thinking that all these sites are scams. Hence they start disbelieving the paying sites as well.
